We ordered a 23 m² sauna here and were very satisfied. The whole process from the first call to installation went smoothly. They were always in touch and answered all my questions. The sauna is exactly as we imagined: spacious and cozy. Installation was done on time, without delay. Thank you for your work and we wish you much success.

We visited a number of manufacturers of frame and modular houses. In our experience, this company is better in many ways: sound insulation, wall thickness, quality of wiring and interior finishing. It can also be seen that the people who advised us during the consultation really understand house building and are not just interested in sales. That's why we ordered the house here.

I would like to thank your company. The construction of the house took exactly three months, as promised. We were surprised how easy and fast everything went. Special thanks to Anatolij for his help at all stages and also for the housewarming gift.

We signed the construction contract in the summer of 2023. The entire implementation, including transport and assembly, took approximately three months. The workers were in contact with us, kept us informed about the details and sent photos of the production and assembly of the house. We are satisfied with the house.

We chose the sauna for a long time, because we already had the land ready. We wanted a turnkey solution without additional on-site finishing. With the modular sauna, it suited us that we choose the design and the manufacturer brings it and installs it. That's why we chose Unitbud. In consultation with us, they went through the layout and equipment in detail.

I liked the modular house. I didn't expect it to be so comfortable to live in, but after entering, my doubts disappeared. It seemed warm, cozy and had good sound insulation. I also appreciate the different models for different budgets, so there is plenty to choose from.

On my way around the exhibition area, I noticed the Unitbud modular homes and went to have a look. I was impressed by the modern design, insulation and electrical installation. My wife and I are now considering a 102 m² house from this company.

My husband and I have been looking for our own home for a long time with a limited budget. After viewing the offers, we decided on the Unitbud modular house with an area of 37 m². We doubted whether it would be ready in the promised month, but the company kept the deadline. After installation, we moved things and started to settle. The cozy interior and bright kitchen created a home for our small family. I recommend the company.

We inherited the land from our parents and for a long time thought about a holiday home. However, we did not have time to regularly commute and inspect the construction. The husband found the offer of modular homes Unitbud. After the phone call, they invited us to the production, where I was fascinated by the houses. We chose and ordered. We are now looking forward to the delivery.
