House specifications: Basic, Comfort and Premium
Variants differ in the range of finishes and materials used. When comparing, it is important to know which works and equipment are included in the delivery and which you provide separately.
Basic
A house with a completed exterior, an insulated structure and preparation for interior finishing. It includes the structural frame, insulation, facade, roof, windows, entrance doors, electrical wiring and preparation for water supply and drainage. You arrange the final finishes, bathroom fittings, kitchen, furniture and appliances to suit your preferences.
Comfort
Finished interior with wood paneling, ceilings to selected specification and laminate flooring. It includes a finished bathroom with sanitary fittings, electric underfloor heating, ventilation according to specification, electricity distribution, sockets, switches and indoor and outdoor lighting. You complete the furniture and appliances before moving in.
Premium
Finished interior with plasterboard walls and painting in agreed colors. Includes underfloor heating, heat recovery, finished bathroom, floors, ceilings, wiring and lighting. We will confirm specific materials and equipment in the offer. The kitchen, furniture and appliances are dealt with separately.
Detailed specification comparison
The table summarises items from the manufacturer’s documentation. Insulation thicknesses, glazing, ceilings and technical systems are confirmed for the selected model. The listed options may not all be available in combination.

What affects the final price?
The price depends on the model, specification, modifications and installation site. The quotation separates the house supply from foundations, transport, crane hire, utility connections and any extras.
How to choose a suitable option
- Basic: you want to complete the interior yourself.
- Comfort: you prefer a finished interior with wood panelling.
- Premium: you prefer a higher level of surfaces and equipment according to the agreed specification.
