The role of iqmodul and website information

iqmodul presents modular homes from manufacturer Unitbud as a sales partner. This website is not an online shop. Photos, models, prices and specifications are informational; a specific offer must identify the contracting parties, scope, price, transport, installation, warranties and payment terms. The demonstration form does not conclude a contract.

Rights to materials

Texts, photographs, visualisations and brands may be protected by rights held by iqmodul, manufacturer Unitbud or other rights holders. Displaying them on this website does not transfer rights to visitors. Further use requires a legal basis or permission from the relevant rights holder; statutory exceptions remain unaffected. “All rights reserved” does not mean iqmodul owns every material shown.

Responsibility and visitors’ rights

We update the content over time, but it does not replace technical design, a site assessment or an individual contract. This page does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The operator’s identification details will be added once verified.
